You gotta be using a Business account, can't do this with a personal one.
Don't use PayPal for your recurring payments. Try something else.
To set up recurring payments on PayPal, log in to your account, and click on "Pay & Get Paid" at the top. Select "PayPal buttons," then "Subscribe" and follow the prompts to create a subscription button. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
