First, download the server files from Steam under 'Valheim Dedicated Server.' Install them, then tweak the 'start_headless_server.bat' file with your server name, world name, and password. Run the .bat file, and voilà, your dedicated server is live!

I set up a dedicated Valheim server last week! Just grab the 'Valheim Dedicated Server' tool from Steam, edit the configuration in 'start_headless_server.bat' to suit your taste, and run it. Easy-peasy!

Open Steam, go to Library, and search for 'Valheim Dedicated Server.' Download and install it. Modify the 'start_headless_server.bat' file to fit your needs—specifically, server name, world name, and password. Double-click the .bat file to start your server.

...you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

This includes gift cards from all your favorite brands, like Amazon, Starbucks, Apple, Roblox, and many, many more!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
