To start the wizard quest in Stardaw Valley, first you gotta wait for a letter from the Wizard himself, Rasmodius. This usually pops up around the 2nd day of Spring, year 1. Once you get that letter, head over to the Wizard's Tower, west of the Cindersap Forest, and the quest,
EZ. Wait for the wizard's mail, go to his tower. Magic 101 begins.
