Sleep is your best friend in Stardew! Just hit the hay before midnight to fully recharge your energy for a fresh start in the morning. If you're deep in the mines or far from bed, pack some snacks. Even a few foraged berries can be a lifeline.

To avoid exhaustion in Stardew Valley, you gotta keep an eye on your energy bar! Eat food to replenish energy. Early game, forage for wild foods or grow crops you can munch. Later, cook up dishes for bigger energy boosts. Also, don鈥檛 overdo it with tools; plan your farm work so you're not running your energy to zero every day. A good night's sleep restores your energy for the next day, so don't stay up too late!

Actually, sometimes you just gotta push through. I ran my character to exhaustion for a few days straight to get those early crops in. Was tough, but paid off with the early gold for better tools. Just make sure to balance the hard days with easier ones to recover.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
