TBH, you can't completely stop them as they're kinda part of the challenge. But you can use portals to quickly return to your base if you're being attacked.

Build your base on a relatively small island! The water acts as a natural barrier, and most enemies can't swim to raid you.

To stop raids in Valheim, you can disable them by editing the game settings in the console. Press F5, type 'imacheater' and then 'events.cancel'. Boom, no more raids!
