I do this all the time! Just get into a voice channel in Discord, then use the screen share option and pick the window with YouTube TV. Works like a charm!

Here's what works for me: I use Discord on my computer, open YouTube TV in a browser, join a voice or video channel in Discord, and click the 'Screen' button at the bottom. From there, I select the browser window playing YouTube TV and start streaming.
