To tech grabs in Tekken 7, press the correct punch button (1 or 2) right when your opponent grabs you. If they use a left punch grab, press 1; for a right punch grab, press 2. Timing is everything!

You need to press either 1 or 2 depending on the throw, but honestly, practice makes perfect. Train your reaction time in some matches and you'll get it!
Just smash the punch buttons when you're grabbed, and hope for the best. It works sometimes!
In my experience, always watching your opponent's hand position helps. If you see them reach with their left hand, hit 1; if it's their right, hit 2. Plus, remember that practice mode is your best friend for mastering this!
