Short answer: You can't without mods. Go build those portals instead.
You can't teleport to another player directly in vanilla Valheim. But you can build and use portals connected with the same tag name at different locations to travel instantly. Teamwork makes the portals work!
Mod it! Use the 'Teleport' mod from Nexus Mods to get direct player-to-player teleporting abilities.
From personal experience, using portals and setting up a network around key locations is the way to go. It keeps the game balanced and fun!
