Build portals. Can't teleport otherwise. Make sure they have matching names, simple as that.

You can't TP without portals. Collect the needed materials (Greydwarf Eyes, Fine Wood, Surtling Cores), build, name 'em—done.

I've got a whole network of portals set up like a Viking subway system. Just use 10 Greydwarf Eyes, 20 Fine Wood, and 2 Surtling Cores to build each one. Name 'em the same and you're golden!
