Link both accounts to a bank. Transfer from Venmo to the bank, then from the bank to PayPal. A bit of a dance, but it works!
No direct way to transfer from Venmo to PayPal exists, but you can send money to your linked bank account first, and then transfer it to PayPal.
I do this all the time! Just transfer the funds to your bank account linked with Venmo, then transfer that money to PayPal from the same bank.
