Transferring your Stardew Valley saves is easier than you might think! First, locate your saves folder. On Windows, it usually lives in %AppData%\StardewValley\Saves. Simply copy your entire save folder (it's named after your character) onto a USB drive or use a cloud service like Dropbox. Then, paste it into the same location on your new computer. Voila! Pick up right where you left off.

Actually did this last week! Make sure to back up your saves first, just in case. Moved mine using Google Drive, and it worked like a charm. The game picked up my save without any hitches on the new laptop. Stardew Valley's save system is pretty robust!

Don't overcomplicate it, folks. Just find the save files and copy them over to the new PC. Same steps as moving any other file.

If you're moving between two different operating systems, like from Windows to Mac, the process is the same. Just find the saves directory on your source computer and copy it to the equivalent location on your destination machine. For Mac, it鈥檚 usually in ~/Library/Application Support/StardewValley/Saves.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
