All you gotta do is locate your world's `.db` and `.fwl` file in the Valheim save directory [typically C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\LocalLow\IronGate\Valheim\worlds\], then copy them to the same directory on the other machine.
It's super easy! Just go to your Valheim world save folder (usually in C:\Users\YourName\AppData\LocalLow\IronGate\Valheim\worlds) and copy the files to the same folder on your new PC. Bam, you're done!
I did this last week! Just found the world files in the AppData folder, copied them to a USB, and moved them to my other computer. Worked like a charm!
