Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! Just pause the game by hitting ESC if you're on PC or the equivalent on your console. Then head over to options, and voilà, you'll see sliders for Music, Sound Effects, and Ambient Sounds. Slide those puppies to the left to turn down the volume. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

Nah, just mute your device. ? Sometimes it's quicker than fiddling with in-game settings, especially if you're just trying to answer a phone call or something. Straight to the point, no muss, no fuss.

Actually, adjusting the in-game volume sliders not only helps with your immediate need to lower the volume but also customizes your gameplay experience. I personally like keeping the music low but the sound effects up for those satisfying crop-harvesting sounds. It's all about finding that sweet balance that works for you!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
