From my experience, it's pretty straightforward on PC. Right-click Among Us in Steam, select 'Properties,' navigate to 'Betas,' and opt out. Easy peasy!

If you're on mobile, you gotta reinstall the game. Uninstall Among Us, then go to the app store and download it again. Boom, no more beta!
