Are you sure your headphones are plugged in all the way? Or, if you're using Bluetooth ones, they might be connected to something else. Happens to the best of us.
Turning on music in Geometry Dash is super easy! Just go to the game's main menu, find the settings icon (it looks like a gear), and from there you'll see the option for music. Make sure it's turned on. If you can't hear anything still, check your device's volume or if you have any external sound devices connected that might be hijacking the sound.
Ugh, just turn up the volume. This game's nothing without its bops.
