The most straightforward way to turn your plants into seeds in Stardew Valley is by using a Seed Maker. Once you've got one, just pop any crop into it, and voila! To get your hands on a Seed Maker, you'll need to craft it after unlocking the crafting recipe at Farming Level 9.
