You can switch off Quick Chat by going to the settings menu in the game. Click on 'Data' tab, and then select 'Free or Quick Chat'. This lets you choose between using the Quick Chat wheel or typing freely. Enjoy your new freedom of speech, crewmate!

To disable Quick Chat, just head to the settings, go to the 'Data' tab, and choose 'Free or Quick Chat'. Easy peasy!
