Funny thing, there's no traditional chat function in Stardew Valley since it's primarily a single-player experience. But, if you're playing multiplayer on PC, pressing ‘T’ should open up the chat box so you can type messages to your friends. Just remember, it's all about those cozy farm vibes, so keep it friendly!

Actually, Stardew Valley doesn't have a built-in typing feature for in-game communication like some other multiplayer games. You'll need to use external methods like Discord or game console party chats to talk to your buds. So, no typing to villagers—just good ol’ action buttons and selection choices.

In multiplayer, 'T' for talk or type. If that doesn’t work, you’re outta luck inside the game. External chat app, anyone?

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
