To perform an ultimate (or Rage Art) in Tekken 7, wait until your health bar is low and glowing red. Then, press R1 (PS4), RB (Xbox), or a specific combo for your character.
Use your Rage Art by pressing R1 on PlayStation or RB on Xbox when your character is in Rage mode.
You gotta be in Rage mode first. Your health bar needs to be low and glowing red. After that, it's R1 on PS4 or RB on Xbox.
