Unlocking all characters in Tekken 3 is a fun ride! You have to complete the Arcade Mode with different characters to unlock new ones. For example, beating Arcade Mode with eight different characters unlocks Dr. Bosconovitch. Give it a shot!
Alternatively, just use a cheat code! On the main menu, press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Square, Triangle. Boom, all characters unlocked!
Dr. B is the hardest to get but so worth it. Finish the Tekken Force mode 3 times and you'll fight him. Beat him to unlock!
