How to unlock Azazel and Nancy in Tekken 6?
You can't actually unlock Azazel and Nancy in Tekken 6. They're special boss characters. Azazel shows up in Story Mode, and Nancy pops up in the Arcade Mode's bonus round. So, no way to play them, but beating them is part of the fun!
