Unlocking the bus stop in Stardew Valley is simpler than it seems! You gotta repair the bus stop through the Community Center by completing the Vault bundle. Basically, you'll be donating some gold - the bundles range from 2,500G to 25,000G. Once you've got all those bundles done, the bus to Calico Desert is yours to ride!

Honestly, I just did this last week! Took a bit to gather the gold, but finishing up those Vault bundles in the Community Center really pays off. Finally made it to Calico Desert, and it's totally worth it. The bus stop is a game-changer.
