Dr. B got unlocked for me after beating the Fight Lab mode. Just gotta get through all those Violet challenges!

You can unlock Dr. Bosconovitch in Tekken Tag 2 by playing through the Fight Lab and completing all of Violet's challenges. It's a bit of a grind, but totally worth it for those quirky moves!
