You can also enter a specific cheat code to unlock Gon. At the title screen, press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Select.

To unlock Gon in Tekken 3 on PC, you need to beat him in Tekken Ball mode or get him randomly in Survival mode until he appears as an opponent. Then, beat him to unlock him!
