In Tekken 6, you can't actually unlock Nancy; you can only fight it in the game's Arcade mode during the bonus stage.

Just a heads-up, you don't unlock Nancy in Tekken 6. It's a one-time boss fight in the Arcade mode. Good luck beating it though!
No way to unlock Nancy. It's just there in Arcade mode to make you suffer a bit.
