Not possible to get all for free. Best way is the story mode and using Fight Money for the extras. Enjoy the grind!
You can unlock some characters by progressing through the story mode. Just keep punching your way through and you'll get some awesome fighters!
Play through the Treasure Battle mode to earn Fight Money. Use that to unlock characters and more! It’s grindy but worth it.
Just beat the story mode! You'll get a few new characters and it's a fun ride. Can't get all for free tho.
