Lol, you can't. 'Coming Soon' is basically developer speak for 'not yet, but keep an eye out.' So, don鈥檛 waste your time trying - it鈥檒l unlock when they update the game.
Just play the waiting game! 'Coming Soon' is RobTop's way of saying 'we're working on it.' You can't unlock it because it's not really a level yet. Patience, young grasshopper.
