How to unlock the sewer in Stardew Valley
Just donate 60 items to the museum, no biggie. Gunther will hook you up with the Rusty Key after that. It's basically a rite of passage in Stardew.

60 Museum items. That's your golden ticket to the sewers. Enjoy the spoils (and the smells).
Unlocking the sewer in Stardew Valley is like unlocking a treasure chest full of... well, not treasure, but definitely some interesting stuff! You gotta donate 60 unique items to the Museum to get the Rusty Key from Gunther. Once you have that key, the world (or at least the sewer) is your oyster!
