Yo, to unlock the Stone Cutter in Valheim, you first need to defeat The Elder to get the Swamp Key. Use that key to access the Sunken Crypts in the Swamp biome, mine some Scrap Iron there, smelt it into Iron Ingots, and boom, Stone Cutter unlocked!

Easy peasy! Just grab some iron from the Swamp biome (you'll need the Swamp Key from The Elder). Smelt it and then the Stone Cutter recipe shows up!

Skip the struggle! Defeat The Elder, get the Swamp Key, and then find Scrap Iron in the Sunken Crypts. Smelt it and the Stone Cutter is yours.

Seriously, just go kill The Elder, get that Swamp Key, and mine some Scrap Iron in the Swamp. Once you smelt it, the Stone Cutter is a go!
