Unmerging Among Us accounts isn't an official feature yet. Your best bet is to contact Innersloth support to see if they can help you manually separate them.

From my experience, unmerging isn't an option right now. Maybe Innersloth will add it in the future, but for now, you're stuck with what you've got.
