Don't overthink it; just hit the dirt with your Hoe. You'll be a farming pro before you know it! Stardew Valley's tilling is as simple as click-and-go.

Just grab your Hoe from the toolbar and click on the ground where you want your farm to be. It's like magic, but with more dirt.

To until land in Stardew Valley, you gotta equip your Hoe first. You can select it from your toolbar. Once you have it equipped, just walk up to the spot of land where you wanna farm and click or tap, depending on what device you're playing on. The land will turn into tilled soil right before your eyes, and that's when you know you're ready to plant some seeds!

Actually, sometimes just swinging your Hoe wildly across the fields works. Great way to relieve stress and prepare land for crops at the same time. Stardew Valley 101: Hoe your worries away!
