Ahhh, the scythe. As much as you'd like to give it a shiny new upgrade, Stardew Valley doesn't actually allow you to upgrade the scythe. It's one of the few tools in the game that stays in its original form. So, no need to save up your gold or run to Clint's shop – your scythe is as good as it gets from day one!

Nope, can't do. The scythe in Stardew sticks with you in its original glory forever. Spend those resources elsewhere!

Sorry to break it to ya, but you can't upgrade the scythe in Stardew Valley. It's not a bug or anything; it's just how the game is designed. Focus on upgrading your other tools and let the scythe live its best, un-upgraded life.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
