To upgrade to a copper axe in Stardew Valley, first, you gotta mine some copper ore and turn it into copper bars at a furnace. You'll need 5 ore for one bar. Once you have at least 5 copper bars, take 'em along with 2,000G to Clint the blacksmith in town. Hand over your old axe and the materials, and in a couple of days, he'll hook you up with a shiny copper axe. Just remember, you can't chop wood while he's working on it, so plan accordingly!

Simply mine for copper, smelt 5 bars, then take those bars and 2k gold to Clint. He upgrades tools. No axe means no chopping for 2 days though, so time it right.

Copper axe? Just buy the game on another platform instead, and start again with all tools upgraded. Why bother with the grind? #ProGamerMove

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
