To upgrade your workbench to level 5, you'll need to build the Tool Shelf. First, make sure your workbench is already at level 4 by adding the Chopping Block, Tanning Rack, Adze, and Workbench. Then, for the Tool Shelf, collect 4 Iron, 10 Fine Wood, and 4 Obsidian. Place it near your workbench and bam, level 5!
