Upgrading your watering can in Stardew Valley is pretty straightforward but requires some planning. First, you need to gather enough resources — either Copper, Iron, Gold, or Iridium, depending on the upgrade level you're aiming for. Then, you also need to save up some Gold (the currency, not the metal!). Once you have the materials and the cash, head over to Clint the Blacksmith. Timing is key! Make sure to upgrade when your crops don't need watering, or rain is forecasted for the next day, since you'll be without your can for a couple of days.

Just take your watering can and some bars (copper for the first upgrade, for instance) to Clint. But, do it when it's about to rain. Trust me, watering all those crops by hand because you forgot to check the weather is NOT fun.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
