Installing a texture pack in Geometry Dash is like giving your game a whole new coat of paint! First thing, make sure you've downloaded a texture pack you love. Then, you'll need to locate the Geometry Dash game folder on your device. If you're on PC, it's usually in the Steam folder under 'steamapps/common/Geometry Dash'.
