You can't directly use a gun in Tekken 7 unless you're talking about equipping a gun accessory for style points. It's a fighting game, not Call of Duty!
You can equip the gun accessory in customization mode and use it during a match. Just make sure you have enough Fight Money to buy it first.
Choosing Akuma also gives you access to his Gohadoken, which is basically a fireball. It's not a gun, but close enough!
