Just cook 'em! Make sure your house is upgraded to have a kitchen, gather the ingredients, then click on the stove. Pick the recipe, and you're all set. Happy cooking!

To use recipes in Stardew Valley, you first need to unlock them by either leveling up your skills, interacting with NPCs who may gift them to you, buying them from shops, or attending festivals. Once you have a recipe, head over to your kitchen in the farmhouse (you need to upgrade your house to have one) or use a kitchen in another location like the Saloon. Open your kitchen menu, select the recipe (provided you have the necessary ingredients), and voila! You're cooking.

Pro tip: Keep a stash of common ingredients in a chest near your kitchen. Cuts down on the back-and-forth, so you can spend more time fishing or mining!

Honestly, just buy meals from Gus at the Saloon. Cooking's a hassle when you could be mining.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
