Once you get that invite for the 'How to use the Sewing Machine' quest, head over to her house. You can then access the sewing machine by bringing cloth and any artifact or item you wanna use as a pattern. Just select the cloth, then the item, and boom, you’ve got yourself a new piece of clothing!
