As someone who’s watched both, I’d say the sub captures the intensity of the characters better. The voice actors really bring Lelouch and the crew to life.

Dub all the way! Johnny Yong Bosch kills it as Lelouch. Plus, I get to enjoy the visuals without reading subtitles!

It's honestly a toss-up! The sub has the original Japanese voice acting, which is incredibly emotive and true to the creators' intent. But the dub has some fantastic performances too, especially Johnny Yong Bosch as Lelouch. Pick your poison!

Just watch whatever you prefer. The story’s so good either way, you can't go wrong.

Why not both? Watch the sub first for the authentic experience and then enjoy the dub to catch any details you missed!
