Totally different cuisines! Mediterranean food includes dishes from Greece, Italy, and Spain, while Indian food is from, well, India!

As someone who loves both, I gotta say they're pretty distinct. Mediterranean has a lot of olive oil and herbs, while Indian food is all about the spices.
