Is Rancher or Tiller Better in Stardew Valley?
Tiller, hands down. Early game, crops are where it's at for making money. Plus, the tiller perk eventually leads to Artisan, which boosts the price of Artisan goods by 40%. If you're playing the long game, that's gold in your pocket.

Definitely depends on how you play. If you love the idea of cuddling up with cows and making bank off artisanal cheese, go rancher all the way. But if you've got a green thumb and dream of fields of gold (literally, as in golden crops), tiller's gonna be your jam. I went tiller because I love seeing my farm packed with crops, but my buddy swears by rancher for that sweet, sweet truffle oil money.
Tiller's the best. More crop money early on means more seeds and bigger harvests. It's simple math, folks. Plus, who really wants to spend all day every day petting chickens?
Rancher for life! Crops are fine and all, but animals are where the heart is. Plus, animal products sell for more with rancher perks, and it makes the daily hug from your cows that much sweeter. Profit and love, what more could you ask for?
Why not both? Play twice, two farms, and double the fun. Who says you have to choose?
