Tikka Masala is the lovechild of Indian cuisine and British creativity! It’s got roots in Indian cooking but was perfected in the UK.

Not really Indian. It's actually a British invention inspired by Indian flavors, but Indian chefs certainly helped create this dish. So, a bit of both!

I once had Tikka Masala in London, and the chef told me it was born there. Indian-inspired for sure, but definitely a British twist.

Hot take: Tikka Masala is as Indian as fish and chips! A British classic with Indian spices.
