I competed in some Tekken tournaments, and I saw a mix of everything: arcade sticks, Hit Boxes, and even standard gamepads. It's all about personal preference.
A lot of pros use the Hit Box controller. It's like an arcade stick but with buttons instead of a stick. Weird, but it works!
