In Stardew Valley, your spouse can help out around the farm by watering crops, feeding animals, repairing fences, and even making you a breakfast occasionally. They're not just for show; they actually contribute to your farming life. Plus, it's pretty sweet to have a little farmhand partner in crime.

Honestly, don鈥檛 expect too much. They do a few chores, but it's more about the companionship and the occasional gift. Plus, the little heartwarming dialogue adds a lot to the game's feel.

Quick tip: Spouses can also gift you items! Sometimes they'll hand over stuff like bombs for mining, or food to boost your energy. It's random but always a nice surprise in the morning.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
