All it does is rest your entire roster, man. Keeps 'em from getting too tired or hurt.
The 'Rest All' option lets you rest all your players, which helps them recover from fatigue and injuries. Use it when your team's energy levels are low.
From personal experience, 'Rest All' kept my star QB from getting injured before playoffs. Definitely worth using strategically!
