You'll need the Iron Armor set for sure, plus a good shield. Also, bring a mace to bash those blobs and draugr. Don't forget Poison Resistance Mead or the blobs will ruin your day!

Just go full Iron Armor and upgrade it as much as you can. An iron mace works wonders against most enemies. Trust me, I learned it the hard way!
Hot take: You can get by with bronze armor, but make sure you have the poison resistance mead! It's the real MVP.
