Skyler's story isn't exactly a fairytale. She gets dragged into Walt's mess, faces threats, loses her job, and nearly loses her sanity dealing with it all. By the end, she cuts a deal with the DEA but still has a long road ahead.
In the end, Skyler has it rough. She deals with a ton of legal issues and ends up pretty much isolated and alone.
