I've dived into Sam's trash can a few times (don't judge, a farmer's gotta do what a farmer's gotta do), and it's mostly random. But you can find items like Joja Cola, bread, and even the occasional snack. It changes, so keep checking!

Actually, it's all about the RNG (Random Number Generator) life in Stardew. You might find some trash, or you might luck out with food items like Joja Cola or pizza slices. It's pretty much a surprise every time.
