RB on a keyboard in Tekken 7 usually maps to the Enter key or the Spacebar. It depends on your control settings!

You can customize controls, but RB tends to default to the right-most key, like Enter. Check your key bindings.

For me, RB was the Spacebar by default. You can always reconfigure it in the settings if you want.
